Corporate Ethics

Ciparo BV and Golden Windmill (Tianjin) International Trade Co. Ltd have strong corporate ethics. Not only do we require all the employees to act according to the regulations of the local and international law, but we also have always made it a company rule not to offer or receive any expensive gifts, money, tickets, etc.

This makes Ciparo and Golden Windmill a sober and solid trading partner.

We also require our accountants and bookkeepers to pay social securities and income tax over all the fixed and flexible salaries and our commercial and documentation staff have instruction not to get engaged in any activities as under invoicing or other wrong doings which can harm the reputation of our company and disadvantage the tax revenues of the countries where we have the privilege of selling our products.
